• Medication Reminders and Assistance

• Other individualized supports as needed

Our personalized services help adults with intellectual, developmental disabilities and other mental health diagnoses accomplish their daily activities, learn new skills and live as independently as possible in their own homes.  We get to know each person in the program and design services that leverage their strengths and help them know what to expect no matter the challenges or activities on a given day.

Whether it’s cleaning, cooking, maintaining good hygiene, or walking to the store, the individuals in our In-Home Homemaker and Personal Care Services program learn at a pace that’s comfortable for them so they can build confidence for the future.
