About Us

Caregiver Grove is committed to providing responsive and innovative services to children, adolescents, and adults. We specialize in working with the behavioral health, substance use disorder, and developmental disability populations in the Toledo and Cincinnati areas. We recognize that every client is different. That's why we don't work from a standard treatment plan. After carefully examining your needs, we develop a highly personalized treatment plan to address your unique needs.

Our Mission

We are committed to enhancing the behavioral health and wellness of individuals, families, and communities through our vision:

  • The promotion of behavioral health and wellness, prevention, early intervention, treatment, and recovery.

  • The creation and leadership of an integrated network of providers that promotes universal access to comprehensive, data-driven services.

  • Advocacy and leadership of behavioral health-related efforts to align resources, programs, and policies.

Our Philosophy

Our Client Care Philosophy is consistent with the Mission and Values that reflect the beliefs and core principles of our Leadership Team and staff.

  • We respect our clients, their families, our employees, our community, and all our stakeholders.

  • We remember that each client is a person, a family member and a member of a larger community. Also, each client requires a different amount of emotional, physical, psychological, social and spiritual support.

  • We truly believe that each client has basic needs, preferences, and rights which must be respected regardless of race, color, age, sex, creed, national origin, economic status, sexual orientation or physical disability.

  • We assert that every client has the right to know the facts about their condition and that it is our responsibility to prepare clients for these truths and for their participation in decisions regarding their care.

  • We understand that in order to gain trust, we must introduce ourselves and explain our role, use the individual's preferred name, explain our interventions to manage expectations and review the plan of care with him or her regularly.

  • We want clients and families to “speak-up” as our partners to promote a culture of safety.

  • We also acknowledge that well-being rests on the client's ability to practice self-care through education that enhances and completes the continuum of care cycle.

  •  We will cooperatively work with other disciplines, including community agencies, to assist the client in achieving his/her optimum level of functioning.

Our mutual understanding of expectations is based on consistent leadership, professionalism, integrity, respect and appropriate confidentiality.
